About Me
I am a connector, a strategist, and a thought partner. I have experience setting up and growing programs, scaling infrastructure, and leading teams through change.
​
My work includes leading programs as well as managing operations functions. At Panorama Global, a platform for social impact, I worked across the organization and my roles included leading the HR and IT functions, creating a successful fiscal sponsorship program that continues to grow and thrive, and playing a critical role in the creation of two large philanthropic funds. At the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation I worked in a variety of roles across the Global Policy & Advocacy division and in operations including managing grants, supporting system design, and leading change management initiatives.

I earned my MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and my bachelors degree in Theater from Grinnell College in Iowa.
